Nono's 85th birthday

All the kids came to the house on Saturday for dinner to celebrate Nono Al's 85th birthday, which was actually on Inauguration Day. Haylee and Cheyenne got some bonding time. Looks like Cheyenne is trying to pull Haylee's ear in this picture.
Cheyenne thought that sucking on Haylee's hand would be better than her own.

They had fun with "tummy time". The two girls were in competition over who could spit up most often. I think they christened just about everyone in the house.
Bob & Tyler always share dessert (in this case - chocolate birthday cake) together. Cheyenne had just christened Bob's shoulder - thus the look - he really wasn't drunk.

I am posting this entry on our new computer. Just got it on Friday - still learning all the new intricacies. Don't know why there are 2 different colors of fonts and underlining.

Visiting Cheyenne

On Saturday, we took a drive to Vacaville since we had not seen Cheyenne (or Matt & Sarah) for 3 weeks. We got there just as she was finishing her 2nd bottle in 3 hours. No problem with that appetite. She was full of smiles and showing off those "little" cheeks.
Since Sarah was working, we went to lunch near Petco and she joined us. The minute Sarah walked in and said hi to her, Cheyenne flashed the biggest smile, and then took a nice nap while we all ate our lunch.

When we got back to the house, Daddy and Cheyenne showed us all her new tricks.
All the kids and grandkids will be together here next Saturday for Nono Al's birthday dinner, so I'm sure we will get many more pictures.

Correction...

WHOOPS - Haylee is 3 months old, not 2.

Wednesday morning, Bob babysat Tyler for a short time while Chris did some banking in San Mateo. Then they came to Notre Dame to visit me at work and we all went out to lunch. Becky and Haylee were at a new mothers' group and finished in time to meet us for lunch in Belmont. While Tyler ate like a pro, Haylee slept through the entire lunch. Later in the afternoon, Haylee got her 2 month pictures taken. She definitely is beginning to have her own little personality.
