Tigri get-together

Lori, Mark, Stacie, and Kelly flew in on Friday night. Bob & Janet had very quickly planned a dinner for Saturday night to try to get as many Tigris as possible to attend. We ended up with 24 people - not bad for a little over a week's notice. We had a great time catching up with everyone's news and passing around babies. Tyler and Hannah thought screaming loudly running up and down the hallway was great fun. They became best pals running around outside after it rained making sure they hit all the puddles. Here are some pictures of the festivities. Larry, Hank, and Al up above...
Tyler had to show Hannah how to get ice cream from Nono and how to sing the "Nono & Me" song....

Grandparents weekend

This weekend was very busy with our 2 little girls. On Friday, Bob & I went up to Vacaville to help Matt finish connecting the wires for new power in his garage. Cheyenne had been under the weather for a few days (diarrhea) and was not feeling well that afternoon. It seemed like she had a "tummy ache" at times when she scrunched up her legs and cried that painful cry. When Sarah got home she seemed to perk up a bit, took a little nap and was an angel while we ate dinner. When we got back to the house though, she had another "full" diaper and it seemed to continue the next day. They have been in contact with the doctor and hope she finally gets a little better this week.

Bright and early Saturday morning (6:45 a.m.), Chris and Becky came to pick up Eric and drop off Haylee. The 3 of them went wine tasting and decided to stay overnight in Santa Rosa. Haylee was just wonderful. She smiled constantly and if she started to moan, she was either hungry or tired. Whenever I put her in the crib, she never made a peep even if her eyes were wide open. Auntie Kathy came over at 6:00 p.m. to take over for a few hours so Bob & I could go eat dinner at the NDB Auction. Haylee was her same adorable self for Kathy, Emily, and Elizabeth (Joe's daughters). She did keep me running over during the night to recover her pacifier and stick it back in her mouth, but did not start singing until 8:30 on Sunday morning.

All in all, a very fun Noni & Nono weekend.

Saturday morning, Bob & I went up to Vacaville to help Matt run electricity to one side of his garage. Matt climbed up in the ceiling, Bob worked at the main, and I had to take care of Cheyenne because Sarah was working. We came home in the early afternoon because Matt & Sarah, Chris & Becky, Nono Al, Eric and the kids were all coming to dinner. Bob made Tyler a "fort" out of a large cabinet box and he had fun hiding from everyone as they came in.
Tyler decided the top of the pie container would be a good hat and gave us his "cheesy"smile when we took his picture. You have to close your eyes when you make a "cheesy" smile.

Cheyenne and Nono before he went outside to bbq the steaks.

Looks like Tyler taught Haylee that "cheesy" smile.

Both of the girls were tired by the end of the evening but still smiling.

Cheyenne konked out before dessert.
